Over The Knee Boots | Love Or Hate

One of the biggest trends of 2016 had to be the over the knee boots. Previously only worn in ‘Pretty Women’, now worn by every blogger and her dog, they were a staple item in almost everyones wardrobe, including mine! As much as I don’t like to be sucked in to too many cliché trends, this was one I couldn’t miss out on!

I actually bought these over a year ago, but in all honesty I’ve probably only worn them a handful of times. Without spending hundreds on those beautiful Stuart Weitzman boots (I just can’t bring myself to do it) I’ve found it really difficult to find a pair that fit my legs well. For under £40, these Public Desire Anita Boots do the job but, if you can walk more than 10 steps without feeling the need to yank them back up then I take my hat off to you! Worn with an oversized jumper dress, your fave bag and a big scarf (I did wear a coat too) they make the perfect addition to make a casual outfit a little more dressy.

My blogging and Youtube routines haven’t really gone as planned so far this year, but wedding plans have begun and we’ve put our house on the market so everything else has taken priority. You might have noticed the new accessory in this post too, as I’ve just realised its the first time its featured on my blog – my beautiful engagement ring. I’m hoping to write  post soon on our plans so far as I’d love to start a weddings series here to keep you all in the loop so please let me know if thats something you’d be interested in?

This outfit is super trendy and so stylish! The mix of muted colours works so well. The knee high boots look fab on you. I love the knee high boot trend, although I refused to buy them as I knew they would end up in the back of my wardrobe!
